The Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform becomes even more intelligent - and other exciting news from eXtreme365!
NORRIQ employees have just returned from the eXtreme365 which was held this year in Amsterdam, where Microsoft Partners from all over Europe were introduced to the upcoming April releases for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
The entire platform is facing a major boost, including more artificial intelligence throughout the entire palette. A good example is Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service, which is powered by virtual agents who can screen incoming service requests and answer the most common questions, so that customers get the best customer experience with a minimum of resources from the service function. Another example is Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Field Service, which is reinforced with the so-called 'mixed reality', so that service technicians can receive virtual help through a HoloLens from a colleague who is physically located elsewhere.
It's hard not to be enthusiastic about all the good news that underlines Microsoft's ability and will to build the world's ultimate business solution - and we look forward to helping our customers embrace the new opportunities.
