NORRIQ is selling its subsidiary, Drink-IT B.V., to Aptean

“We are proud to announce the sale of our Drink-IT business to Aptean”, says NORRIQ CEO, Bo Martinsen. The Drink-IT business, which provides enterprise resource planning solutions tailored to meet the needs of the beverage industry, will become a part of a global company that focuses on delivering mission-critical software solutions to the Food & Beverage industry.

It has not been an easy decision to say goodbye to a strong team of dedicated colleagues, but we are convinced that this is the right move for the Drink-IT business and for all the employees of Drink-IT. With Aptean's global presence, complementary offerings, and strong technological capabilities, conditions are optimal for continuing the incredible development that the Drink-IT business has undergone in recent years.

Bo Martinsen says: “I want to express my gratitude to the Drink-IT team for their hard work and dedication. Their contributions have been invaluable. A special thank you to Sarah Broux for leading Drink-IT as managing director for many years and her 20 years with NORRIQ.  Also, thank you to Inge Vroonen, our Product manager, in building the new Drink-IT together with Sarah.  We wish them and the entire Drink-IT team all the best in their future careers.”

Even higher ambitions for NORRIQ

NORRIQ has had a consistent strong development in recent years. Bo Martinsen states: “Going forward, we will set even higher ambitions for NORRIQ and our more than 200 employees.”
