Women's organization Femma, a leading civil society organization with 32,000 members across 650 local groups, aimed to enhance the efficiency of its membership and activity management. To tackle this challenge, Femma chose to partner with NORRIQ and their tailor-made Membership Solution. Both parties are highly satisfied with the collaboration and the results already achieved.
NORRIQ implemented the Membership Solution on top of the existing Microsoft Dynamics environment, which provided Femma with a solid foundation. The first phase of the project focused on automating membership renewals. Renewal invitations are now automatically sent to the printer. During this phase, the portal for the 650 local groups was also developed and is now fully operational. Thanks to this portal, local Femma groups can easily manage their membership and activities themselves.

Seamless transition through targeted support
The transition to new systems and processes was greatly simplified through NORRIQ’s hands-on guidance. Thanks to proactive support and a thoughtful approach, Femma was able to maintain continuity of operations without disruption.
Femma and NORRIQ are currently in the second phase of the project, which focuses on automating membership fee payments. Members will have the ability to view their membership status online and pay directly via email. For members who prefer to pay by post, a QR code will be added as a payment option.
Starting in 2025, Femma will offer its members several user-friendly payment options for membership renewals.
