Our Counselling Process

Our structured and future-ready counselling process ensures every team member contributes to and benefits from NORRIQ’s growth journey.

     1. Goal Setting (September/October)

  • Define company and personal objectives for the next annual cycle, including mandatory goals based on seniority

     2. Ongoing Feedback

  • Regular touchpoints (minimum six per year) for discussing progress, gathering feedback, and adjusting objectives as needed why your counsellor.
  • On the job coaching by senior team member

     3. Counsellor Connect (February/June/October)

  • Group meetings with all counsellors to validate, align, and ensure quality discussions on performance and development of each consultant

     4. Year-End Review (November)

  • Final performance discussion summarizing achievements and setting the stage for the next year

     5. Final Conclusions (December)

  • Management team decisions on progression and promotions based on counsellor feedback, with actionable insights provided to consultants.
