In just eight months, KLJ had a fully customized Microsoft Dynamics 365 portal that perfectly fit their requirements.
Behind the scenes, they use it for seamless communication with their departments, while their members can register, update their status, and sign up for events. The two-way communication allows for emails and text messages to be sent and received directly within the system - an incredible improvement. The results speak for themselves: within the first week, 1,000 of the 4,000 invited users were already active, and they have since registered over 25,000 members.

Currently, KLJ has consolidated four separate subsites into one easy-to-manage platform. Looking ahead, they plan to integrate a dedicated member portal. They create a safe space for youth. Through voluntary engagement, they have a valuable impact on society, which KLJ helps shape. KLJ is a youth movement for everyone.
Groene Kring is the largest umbrella organisation in the Flemish agriculture and horticulture sector, and primarily serves young farmers and horticulturists up to 35 years old. Members can come to Groene Kring for meeting, education and advocacy.
